Windows Media Player Mobile does not support .Avi codec or not according to Microsofts website. It would just be eaisier to get a whole new player like The Core Pocket Media Player.

when i try to watch a movie on tcpmp i keep getting the error audio codec and video codec not supported by the player. (Windows media)

is there anyway around this?

tiermann 08-22-2007 10:44 PM

You need windows media player installed too if you want to watch wmv. That OEM contains the codecs you need to watch them on either player. I guess you left Windows Media Player out during a custom build?

infam0uskills 08-22-2007 11:09 PM

oh i mistakenly forgot to reinstall it..but my question is there anyway we can watch movies on wmp on landscape view?
