Threaded SMS + HTC T9 Input
 

I rarely ever use the hard keyboard; I'm a T9 fan since the old school Nokia candybar days and I just like that method of input.

I am nearly as big a fan of the Palm threaded SMS application as I am T9 but when using the T9 input panel on my 6700 with the threaded sms app the entry "compose" box is covered by the on screen keypad... and not being able to see text as you enter it is a bitch.

So; you see my dilemma, does anyone have anything resembling a solution for this issue?

didn't you post this twice? I'm pretty sure you did because i responded to the other one.

I posted it in a forum that I hadn't yet realized didn't get nearly the traffic that this one does. As for your reply, it was utterly worthless-- you have no way of knowing how fast I can input via T9 so to make the claim that using the hard keypad is faster makes you seem at very least foolish.

Id have to agree that for me T9 has its place...when driving (while its still legal in NYC) T9 is the only way i seem to be able to send a quick text, but sadly kirvins clean and simple doesnt have it :(
