HELP: Cannot get EPST screen to pull up

Trying to swap my ESN# and I cannot get the EPST to pull up.

I have win 6.0

I belive since Sprint has unique MSL codes they don't work with WM5. Are you trying to change ESN or activate this phone on your line? If you're trying to change it don't tlak about here cause they'll ban you. If you're trying to activate it then flash back to WM5.
