I am assuming that you only can get your top and bottom bars to look like this with VGA screens??? if not then someone clue me in!! They look awesome...

That is Wisbar Advance 2 with one of the Vista themes. If you install WA2 and want the theme, let me know, i'll PM it to you.

can anyone make that wisbar advance 2 Windows Vista theme into a Stock AKU 3.5? that would be nice if someone could do it. if anyone can let me kno!

You don't need (or really want) WAD! It is kind of a resource hog. You can do a lot with it, but for the top bars, just use WA2.

oh okay! I thought for some reason I had to have WAD in order to have WA2 working. So WA2 will do the top and bottom bars according to skin? Like I have Vista Berry on mine right now and i'd love to have the entire UI (is that right?) for the whole phone be skinned. I think Dingo did skins for WA2, WMP, PB, iLauncher and rlToday.

Also note that the screen shot is of a WM2003SE device, not a WM5.

Hmmm. well I have the WA2 and tried to install it, but it says WAD or WAlight has to be on the phone. I have Wisbar lite, it's in the ROM, Sar's3.5pr6. How do I get the installer to realize that?? I don't want to double install something.

I own both WAD and WA2 but like 6700Yuma said WAD is a massive resource hog and freezes my 6700 more than doing anything useful. You dont need WAD to install WA2. I believe you DO need WA2 in order to install WAD. Make sure you have to correct files from the web site.. Might try downloading them again.

If you have Wisbar Lite, you may have to uninstall that first. Wisbar Lite is the Lite version of WA2. I know the top and bottom bars are WA2, but as far as the center of the screen, I'm not sure what that is. I've seen it before, but never used it, so didn't really pay any attention.
