Adding Files...?

Hey guys,

Ok so I'm getting my Apache today, and I want to upgrade to Helmi's WM6 because BuildOS isn't working (keeps coming up with a PPCkitchen_OEM.rar) cannot be found... So I'm gonna go with WM6.

I tried searching this, but I cannot find anything on it, how can I add .rar programs (like Opera 9 mobile, threaded SMS, MMS, and Advanced task manager) to kitchen that came with Helmi's setup? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks Guys!

P.S Sorry mods if this is in the wrong area... I wasn't sure where to post it...

No, don't go with that old build. And chances are since you're getting a devicetoday the bootloader will be too outdated on the WM6 build. You have to run the updater to get the OEM for BuildOs. Watch my videos on how to flash, link in my signature.

Re: Adding Files...?

its an older Apache, with Win Mobile 5....

the reason I'm going with this though is because I keep getting errors with BuildOS for WM6.1 and I finally gave up after install and un-installing about 9 times... it comes up with a different error everytime... 000_sharware, ppckitchen_OEM, PPCgeeks_Kitchen, BuildTutorial.exe etc....

unless there's a simpler way to do this... then I don't know how else I can do it.... I'll look at your videos again, but all of them require using BuildOS... which I can get running, it's just the updater... I can't import PPCkitchen_OEM, or PPCgeeks_OEM... I have all the files on my computer, I just can't figure out how to manually install or import these into BuildOS...

Can you possibly help me out...? I've read the How To's and everything...

thanks.

Well one good reason I think is because they are reconstructing the website and most of the files are not hosted it looks like, which means you cannot DL them right now
