Ringer scheduling
 

Does anyone know of software that will allow the scheduling of ringer volume/status changes? For instance, "at 8am, set ringer to 4".

phonealarm and profiles for mobile windows both do it...i use profiles for windows mobile and it works great

I've been meaning to write a mortscript for this as well, I have one that turns on/off sounds for new email at night, it's working... but it's not got any kinda GUI :D

In my Google searches, I found one that seems to be working great, and it's FREE! It's called PPCProfiles Pro. The forum won't let me post a web address yet, so if you want it, just do a Google search for "PPCProfiles Pro."

I didn't try PhoneAlarm, but I did download the trial of Profiles for Windows Mobile.

What I wanted is the ability to silence the ringer, and silence alert sounds for email, sms, etc. but leave an alert tone in place for voicemail. My goal was to create a "night" mode where all calls would go to voicemail and I would only be disturbed if the caller left a message. PWM didn't seem to be able to do it, but this PPCProfiles Pro can do exactly that. It also has a neat feature that will engage a separate profile when a meeting/appointment is active (based on the PIM database). The interface could use some polish, but I'll take function over form any day.

I cannot find a link with PPCProfiles Pro saying it's free.

I downloaded it and played for a few min, but could not figure out how to 1 make it not be on my today screen, and 2 set it by time.

Also, SBSH has released PhoneWeaver.

Note that the PPCProfiles pro hasn't had any updates or mods in almost two years. I tried the program and it was adequate, but could still use some tweaking.
