Is There Any Way To Watch Television On The 6700?

I tried some program like 'e-mobiletv', and the sound came through WMP, but no picture. Is there something I'm missing, or are there any other programs that will allow me to watch television. Oh, and I'm looking for FreeWare first...(if it exists for mobiletv).

If you are looking for some attachment like an antenna that will let you get regular TV not sure if there is one at least not that I know of. There is always sling box, that's the best and there are others. I found a web sight that lets you stream from some select channels check it out at http://ppcgeeks.com/television-links-t4199.html I hope that helps.

The cheapest (initially), best quality and best channel selection would probably have to be mobitv IMO.

Also check out www.orb.com. I believe it is still free.

I was excited, b/c when I clicked on Cartoon Network it actually displayed the logo, but that was all. Nothing ever happened. I wonder if I'm missing something? A program of some sort??

i use orb and can say it does work on the 6700, is free and is quite a novelty that turns heads.

I have both Orb and sling box. I use orb to watch movies and browse through my computer at home. I use slingbox to watch anything and everything on my digital cable. Even movies on demand :P

BTW...... :P Touche = KT? Just wondering... name is not very common ;)

The problem is likely the connection speed. I initially had a similar problem, but I've since been able to get it to work periodically when there has been a decent connection speed. Didn't work for me when less than 100kbps.

BTW...... Touche = JINX? :P

Slingbox ALL THE TIME! It is fantastic. One of the best inventions in technology in a long time if you ask me. I watch tv on my mac, pc and phone all the time, all over the world. It's the best!
