forgot to cancel my free text msging for a month

never happened to me....why are you paying 15?? have you only been on sero for a few months?

Yes, it happened to me once. I got a one month free trial and I forgot to cancel after the trial period. I called *2 and they took it off without a question. You could also try ecare. if you're lucky, a nice rep might offer you a limited (100) text free per month. That's how I got mine.

Log into your account and click 'contact us' then select 'email us'. I am pretty sure they will remove the charge for you.
