Shrinking Memory Problem...

On another board I posted a topic asking why my memory kept shrinking. People said I need to clear out my temp files and internet history...things like that. After some searching I found these files, but how do I know what to get rid of? I mean, they're mixed in with all kinds of other files...

The Internet cache (temp files) and history's pretty easy to get rid of, and it's not something you need to do by hand. Open up Internet Explorer, then go to Menu -> Tools -> Options, Memory, then hit both Clear History and Delete Files. If you have Windows Live Search, Google Maps Mobile, Opera Mobile, or any other program that might have its own cache, you'll need to check those programs to see how to clear their respective caches as well, though. Each program has its own methodology.
