help with flashing to carrier ROM,flashed ROMs before but its been awhile

Hey all,
So I am putting up my old VZW apache up for sale. It does have a custom ROM on it at the moment, I figured I should probably flash back before mailing the phone. But it has been awhile since I've done any customization to the phone so I just thought I should make sure I have the steps right.

1. Put phone in bootloader mode(if someone could refresh my memory on this that'd be great. If I recall it was something like, hold both softkeys+joystick+power, press reset button).
2. download ROM installer(I think I found the right one but if someone has a link thatd be great too)
3. plug in phone
4. run installer.

Thats it right? is there anything else Im forgetting? I remember when I was playing around with an old razr that there was a bunch of other software that needed to be installed first, can't remember if thats the same with pocket pcs. Any other suggestions?

Put the phone in bootloader (Power+Record+Reset)
Download ROM here http://handsets.utstar.com/downloads...0_WWE_Ship.exe
