Battery help...

i just got my xv6700, and i updated to a new rom (the mario one for verizon) just fine.....
but my battery says

charging
percent :0
voltage : 0.000 V
chemistry: LiIon

but the charging icon is not on.... i have it hooked up to my computer usb port with activesync connected and i put my wall charger on it... and nothing happens... i unplug it and it still says charging.... please help
the battery program my rom is using is called "batti 2.21"

did you hard reset after flashing the new rom? im just a little anal but these roms seem to work better after 1 or 2 hard resets you might give it a try and see if that helps

yeah.. i did... i'll try it again if you think i should... will i loose anything with a hard reset?

shure will so make shure you back up the device before hand you may also have a broken USB connector had this happen to me once thank god for insurance or try flashing back to the OEM ROM and see if this helps let me know
