Original SMS program needed.
 

After installing an AKU 3.5 that had Palm SMS included, I realized that I don't like the Palm SMS program. It doesn't repeat alarm and I can't get the pop-up window to stop running when I get a new text. I love ALL the other features and don't want to lose them. So, what I would like is the original SMS program, to install over this one, but I don't know where to get it. Any ideas would be awesome. :D

The original SMS program never went anywhere--it's the messaging app in your phone's ROM. Unfortunately, installing Palm's app screws up a bunch of settings, which is why you will most likely need to hard reset to get it back. I'm sure it is technically possible to fully remove Palm SMS and restore the default messaging app, but to my knowledge no one has taken the time to figure out what all needs to be changed (most likely it's all registry changes).

So until someone does that, I think a hard reset it your only option for now.
