hardreset and now no roaming options?
 

I think im running helmis 3.5 and i hard reset because i messed up file associations. so later i saw a little triangle symbol instead of the "R" for roaming. went into phone settings and there is no roaming. there is a network option but not the one that used to be there where i could set it to roam only. why would it be there before with the same rom?

You didn't install your extrom. You need to do that (specifically the "customize" cab file) in order for things like the roaming options to be set up.
