Incoming Call, Phone Doesn't Ring. HELP!
 

I upgraded to Helmi 6.1 with Rev 1.04 and whenever someone tries to call me my phone does not ring or vibrate, the screen just illuminates and says "Call Status" in the bottom left hand corner. How do I go about solving this problem. Did I do something wrong, did I miss something?

Fear not. Dial ##778, enter 000000 as the lock code. Hit the triangle and go to modem settings. Lower the cycleslotindex (I think that's what it's called, it's the first option) by one numer (if it's at 1 change to 0, if at 2 change to 1). Then you might want to dial *22899 and update. Hope this helps :)

Are there any other lock codes you know? 000000 doesn't work on my apache

you need the msl, call sprint and ask for it, tell them you hard reset and just need to reprogram your radio, or there are tools on here and xdadevelopers that can get it for you

Also, (just to cover all bases) make sure you have the phone set to ring in Phone -> Options and make sure you are not using any ringtones on your card and that they are in your main memory.

I'm not with sprint either so GetSPC doesn't work. nevermind, shall start a new topic.
