Strange LCD Problem
 

I just got my phone 2 days ago from a guy on ebay, the phone had been working perfectly until an hour ago or so, while playing with the HTC cube, it seems as if it had a magnet go through it :S, anyone know what could possibly be wrong? I was thinking at first that the LCD had moved from the touchscreen but idk, also did a hard reset on it and still no luck, ](*,)here are some pics:

P.S. Sorry for the crappy quality of the pictures but i quickly took them with my Samsung Sync : / and its only a 2mp any help is appreciated!

Driver settings maybe? If you are willing, i'de try to reflash the verizon/sprint software.. It may just be something simple like that, not even hardware.

Hard to tell on pic. Is it that green bar on bottom? Prolly that HTC Cube. Don't think it runs well and read its pretty memory intensive...

I'm gonna try to reflash the phone to Verizon's rom, although I'm pretty sure it's a hardware problem, so in any case it is I'll have to replace the screen?

Ok. I did the reflashing and no luck, so I googled up, "LCD heat damage" and it shows up something very similar, so Im guessing it is heat damage. Lol 2 days 2 days with the phone I already messed it up, now that I remember I left it in my car under the Texas sun for about 4 hours, maybe that was what happened, although nothing happened to my sync, so I wouldn't know.. how sad =( lol
