Kitchen ROM Error

I have downloaded the newest Kitchen 03/17/2008; after the install and updates i get an error on the application saying could not find the ROM/XIP folder; so i created the folder, but now i get another error saying could not find file "boot.rgu" when i try to create the ROM, and that is were I'm stuck, I cant just create that file. were can I go from here??
