okay so i downloaded the arcsoft MMs cabinet file. what do i do with that?? i need help!!!! please help!!!!!

I returned you PM, There are literally TONS on threads on this already. Do some searching and you will find the correct MMS settings. I promise you it is here somewhere, I would get it for you but I dont have my glasses today and my eyes are getting fuzzy already. To do MMS on VZW you will have to have a data plan (not like thier pix/flix plan for regular phones) and if not then it will charge X amount per kilobyte.

okay so i got it. and its installed and what not. but when i tried recieving a picture it asks me what network to log on! i dont have a data plan. and i tried downloading the picture with my wifi connection and it doesnt let me..

As you found out you cannot use WiFi because that doesnt go through thier network. Go through some of the threads on MMS and find all the settngs you need for MMS for VZW

Forcing 1x on the phone
Phone/menu/option/service/scroll down to see if you have the "Mode of Operation" if you dont....then you need to do the hack.

Change the option HiddenPreferenceMode from 1 to 0
HKLM\SOFTWARE\OEM\PhoneSetting

YES, THANK yOU VERy MUCH.
BUT i STiLL CAN'T SEEM TO SEND/RECEiVE PiCTURE MESSAGES EVEN WHEN i FORCE THE PHONE ONTO 1X MODE..
