From what you said here, I take it as if you feel it is in the ROM. Im sorry if you guys feel as if I am being an *** but Im not. I am merely being truthful and tellin you where I feel your issue is at. No one forces you to follow my thoughts however maybe you should spend some time reading my other 1000+ posts to see how much of an *** I really am.

With that being said, 21 posts later I still do not see it resolved. But please understand this, as i said before and this is the last time I am going to say it, originally the OP states "Recently upgraded to 6.1 and no problems except for one" and "As soon as I disconnect my call, the phone goes back to EV mode and I am unabable at that point to recieve calls at all".

So with you saying you "Recently upgraded to 6.1 and no problems except for one" and now you have this issue here is how I think because when I went to school the first thing they thought us to look for was recent changes and rule of isolation. So if you say you recently went to WM6 and started to get this issue than the first thing I think is it is something with WM6 because thats what you changed and now the results are these issues.

However, as i said before, I cant help but feel something is being left out of this whole story because something like this doesnt just happen on its own. You get in there and play with settings or registry values or something. A working phone with the correct ROM / PRL and settings that works just doesnt start locking in on EV and cannot S&R calls or texts. There is either a bug in the ROM or the provisioning of the device and thats the last time Im going to say it.

BTW Mikeklemz, Im gonna call you out and ask for an apology for the name you called me and me being correct from the start.
