i uninstalled 2 programs ut the folders ae still in my "Progams" and i cant mage to delete the Folders Can some Body help me with this.(the program is nowee to be found on my ppc except under progams if i go to unistall its not thee and i cant find the folders if i look fo it on filexplorer"](*,)Thanks In Advance for any and all help

try rebooting the device and then deleting then because just like on a PC, they cannot be removed while in use. PLEASE proof-read or use spell check next time also. ;-)

sorry about that Ive done that theres nothing in the folders there just empty and they just wont go away

Go into your File Explorer and go under

My Device>Windows>Start Menu>Programs

that's where your folders should be listed....and you should be able to delete them from there.

Its always best to use windows to delete but this sometimes doesent work so youll have to deleate it manually. Its always best to soft reset after doing so. Also there may be a star up file so you may want to deleate the start up file thats assoctoated with the program.
