WiFi Not turning on...

Well since I moved on to a different phone since the radio in my 6700 broke, I was hoping I could still use the WiFi and have a little Pocket PC for use around the house. Here is the problem I am having:
When I open Com Manager, the WiFi is white and has an X by it. I tap it and it has the little color wheel thing turn, then it just goes back to white and disabled. It just won't turn on, I had it on the other day but now it is just being a stubborn phone.

Also, I backed up my contacts with PIM manager, is there anyway I can open up the file on my computer and see all the numbers?

No, if you have no radio then you will have neither the ability to use the phone to talk on or for WiFi. The radio is what does both and if it is no enabling or even showing up then it is broke and the unit must be replaced. I had a unit one time that did the same thing and believe me I flashed with both OEM and personal ROMs, I took radio files from a good device over to my bad device, I cloned a working phone and loaded the image on my bad phone and nothing worked. The unit must be replaced. Sry.

Alright thanks man, no biggie. Anybody want a XV6700 w/o a working radio, otherwise I am going to throw it at a brick wall while doing 100+mph.

Does anybody know if I can load the contacts from the PIM manager backup file from my computer or how I can "Unzip" the contacts from the file.

Well I would like them on the PC, but if that's not possible, I will just reflash my broken 67 with a new ROM with PIMBackup and add the contacts that way. Is there any certain contract manager that I need, I had PocketCM on it when I made the backup file...

Why no just have the contacts on the device and sync and everything would be in Outlook
