I have pm's enabled, it says so in my options.

I checked the version I have and it says Rom 3.61.00 and radio 1.43.00. Theoretically this is the newest of both, and I shouldn't be having these issues.

Ya, it's very sporadic, sometimes I have the problem and sometimes I don't. Sometimes with 5 bars of signal it takes over 10seconds to dial out.

Well, I forgot to add, aside from having similar issues, my phone is also slow when I hit reply on a text msg and when I go into phone settings... Im gonna try using it w/o the miniSD card. Prior to reading your post, I thought I had bought a 'pirated' xv 6700 (i.e similar outside case with cheaper inside components) since I did not buy it boxed and it came w/ no charger... .... gulp...

I contacted the seller and he is willing to swap for another one. Will post updates.
