Smile Part Fell out of my Phone

I dropped my Apache yesterday, and when I went to put it together, I had a blowout, there was a part that was no longed where I should be. The phone would not close until I removed this part. Attached are some pictures that I took. Funny thing, the phone is still working and I can't find any functions that are broken. All the buttons work, the keyboard slides, the camera works, everything works.

Re: Part Fell out of my Phone

See that far right thumbnail? those two gold things are the power contacts. They go against the board. It should just set in the chassis, I think. It's been a while. Try doing a search for assembly instructions or something. I think there was a thread around here that had step by step picture instructions of where everything goes.

Re: Part Fell out of my Phone

If you can't find a diagram within the next couple of days, hit me up again and I'll see if I can find one. I am just WAY to burnt out right now. Sorry.

Re: Part Fell out of my Phone

Ya, the vibrator just sits in the front cover. The 2 copper contacts touch the motherboard and thats how it gets power.

Cool that you are getting a new 6800 for old 6700.

Assembly instructions are in my sig at bottom of this post.....
