Needing some help here... Need to downgrade

I flashed helmis WM6 but i need to load the original rom... I really need some help....

If anyone can send me a guide on how to do this i will gladly apreciate...

pick your carrier, d/l to pc, run the "exe" and it will walk you thru it.
