PPC6700 Replacement
 

My ppc6700 is starting to come apart at the keyboard, I have the Sprint damage and replacement pkan. Will they replace it with another ppc6700 or am I likele to get a Mogul? Also do they retire the damaged ESN phone or can it still be used by someone who doesn't use the keyboard?

The 6700's are no longer made. If they still have any replacments in stock then they will give it to you. If not then it's tough, because some good-hearted employes will give you a 6800, others won't. You have to talk to a few of them to get something going. And the warrenty if a manufacture warrenty, not always what your insurance plan calls for.

I'm on sprint and I got 2 6700's within the last 3 months. bummer.

I got another friend who left his out in the sun and damaged the screen, He called Asurion to file and they said they would upgrade him. He is on VZW. He is a bit of an older guy an Italian so his speech is heavy. He didnt said what they said they are going to upgrade to but that it would be here Tues so I will let everyone know.
