If you flash the radio, does it rest the call counts?

Is there a way to reset the call counts without flashing the radio?

Is there a way to reset them?

I noticed that going into PST you can not edit the values.

Just wondering if its possible or not.

I am not sure. If there were a way, it would probably be with Qualcomm tools or something similar that lets you edit things like MSL. Unfortunately I can't remember where I saved the tools. If I can find them, I'll give it a try and let you know.

Hi, Noob here... whats a radio in terms of a ppc? And why on earth would you flash it? Mind you, I love it when I get flashed, but Im a guy and thats different... Im confused...

Radio flashing is updating the phone radio to the latest and sometimes greatest version of the firmware (6700 latest is 1.43).

I swear that 1.43 gave me worse reception. But I'm too lazy to flash it back to verify...

I had 1.43 radio for a while....I went back to 1.41 and did not see any difference from 1.43 to lower 1.41.

I have 3 6700's, personal one has 1.41 and 2 others have 1.43. Can't seem to tell difference between the upgraded radio and the 1.41 version.

Thats the way it was for me too. I started out at 1.27 and went to 1.41 and then 1.43 and never noticed a ny difference

For the OP, to my knowledge there is not a way to reset the call counts. Even on refurbed phones they are not reset for the new user.

Weedahoe: Thanks. I figured there wasn't a way to reset the call counters but wanted to see if I maybe missed a few posts or threads.
