[HELP} how to edit A-key on xv6700

Hi, i've just change from old provider to current provider, this current provider need a-key to input, i Have tried ##778 to epst in order to edit the a-key, but I can not input the a-key at all. The A-key setting is always blank ??? how to input the number...](*,)
I cannot use my phone right now till....

Does anyone, know how to edit akey on my xv6700?

Please somebody help me....

PS. I already upgrade to WM 6.0 (AKU 3.3 Helmi)
