dropping calls
 
I am new at this so I really don't know what I'm doing. I will b in the middle of a phone call and will just end.no breaking up or anything. or I try to make a call and it will say it connected but end at 00:00. I have updated my prl's and it didn't help. can anyone help :?:

You sure ur face isn't ending the call? and the call ended thing, are u using direct push?

are you reffering to the ppc-6700.

He is new at this and he has been having this problem for days now. I have tried to help but I am out of Ideas. So I told him to post the question to see what yall could come up with. Thanks for the help. 8)

no I'm not using direct push. and does it w/ my headsets either old school (corded) :) or BT. ax2. here lately I never have a hole lot of sygnal strength but it don't matter where I'm at.

Hmmm.. if the problems keep occurring, I would bring it to a sprint store and have them check it out. It could be the phone is defected. Also check your phone setting. I find that I get better signal when set to sprint only.

this seems to be a frequent problem with some of the ppc 6700s. if you just got it, you may be able to exchange it.
