New cricket ppc 6700 mms messege help plz.
 

Hi I am new to this i updated my phone from wm5 to wm6 helmi version and i can get on the internet and send mms and sms but i dont receive my mms text untill i do a soft reset and then once i soft reset i receive them but it always says i have to download them and it never seems to finish download the main prob is i dont understand i dont receive the messege untill i soft reset my phone any help would be great. the phone is a ppc 6700 for cricket and i have read all the threads and forums all over the net and cant find anyone with this prob.

i donate money to you guys but i guess i cant get any type of help or am i just in the wrong spot is that why wont help me out???
