Hard reset in PPC 6700
 

Friends,
I ahave same problem in may PPC 6700 verizon, i want to hard reset but i don't know how, maybe there is a step to mek a hard reset in my PPC. O ya, i see in start>program>clear storage, what for that application. Thank's a lot

Seriously though, hold down both (-) keys and at the same time use the stylus to press and hold the reset button in the bottom of the phone and follow the screen prompts.

Where are you from BTW?
