rom app updating?
 

here's the situation. I burned a new rom with the spb phone suite included. Turns out this app is no longer good due to it being a trial thing. Now I have both the cab and exe for the 1.3 version which is what the trial is. How do I update the trial app to full status....without using an entirely different folder??? I recently upgraded the GPStoday and the cab was stored in a different folder then the one uploaded on the rom. I want to avoid that and head off any compatibility issues with 2 different versions apparently in 2 different folders. What's on the phone now, request I put in a serial # which I have to pay $50 crabs for. Well I have a full version ready. How do I update the trial version or swap the 2? delete the trial and replace it with the full?

I install mine via user customization. If you have use the kitchen, uncheck it and install w/tierautoinstall or UC. You should be able to install the newer version over the older version on your phone.

I looked at the new version to OEM it, but it's a little too complex and would take a while.

Have used the kitchen but no info. on the app tierinstall
