Re: Extended batteries -read before buying eBay!

Yes Yes Yes,

I paid 100 for my first 6700
I once paid 48 for an 1980 Omega with a brand new 350
I once paid 200 for an 1980 Cutlass
Ive bought tons of new clothes and shoes for a fraction on the cost
I bought alarm panels for residential usage for cheap
I recently paid 40 for an inductive wand to to trace electrical wired with

But do you know what is the difference here? They are all reputable and quality items, not Chinese junk.

I never said you couldnt get a good deal or a good buy. I CLEARLY stated most CHEAP batteries in Ebay are generic batteries with poor cells and thus in the end usually do not hold a charge as long under a load as does a reputable quality battery. How many times do i have to keep saying the same thing?

Dont get me wrong, you posted a "how to shop on ebay" and if someone doesnt know how to do that in this day and age then they need not have a computer either. You posted duplicate information about a battery survey that gives no real scientific proof other than someone really writing a 'blog' and posting some numbers.

You must be reading far between the lines on what I have so patiently taken my time to back you up on because I said before (an so many OTHER people will back me up on this) if you want a good battery then spend the funds and get something quality made and reputable or else it likely will not last as long. There are too many threads about this already.

So tell me, since my posts were so useless, what was the point of your first post other than to tell people about how to shop on ebay because I never tool away from that but only agreed and added most cheap batteries are just that, cheap.

If I am missing something please help me see it.
