Really Confused - Help on Restoring Everything
Hello all,
I have a Verizon 6700 and I need some help restoring the software to the original configuration. I tried unsuccessfully to install an update but I think the update contained Sprint information instead of Verizon. I used the UTStarcom Updater to revert the software to version 2 but now I have the following problems: When I try to dial *611 my _Verizon_ phone tells me "Sprint is unable to route the call as requested." When I try to connect to the Cellular Line for Data using #777 I get: Error code 37 : Miscellanous Erroneously Mobile IP set up. After I dismiss the error, I get this error: Error Code : 3 Network Rejected (Retry order). Can anyone help here? Or at least tell me what might be the trouble? :?: *Edit: Might be useful: The phone can make and receive calls. When you ignore the call it goes to the correct voicemail if that makes any difference. |
if you truly reverted to the verizon rom it should fix most of that, but just to be sure try a hard reset (both softkeys and the reset button) you will then need to press Y and space

Go search for posts I have made. I did something similar early on. I ran the sprint extended rom on my vzw. I had to call support and have them fix stuff on their end. PM or email me at computercarl@gmail.com if you need more support.
Can you dial *228? If not, you need the vzw .prl. Let me know. |
