from my understanding you are testing it with a boot loader, so you can run without flashing the phone.

I hate the bloat associated with WM, and have tons of WM5/6 roms/kitchens. I also have some mild java programming skill, so please let me know if you need my help with beta testing. :drunken:

Has any progress actually been made on this? I see that it's "working" on the titan, i believe using the same vogue files that the OP was referring to. There seems to be some problems with it, but you can actually make calls, so it's definitely in the right direction. Maybe the OP should look to the brains behind that for guidance? just a thought.

Count me in as well. I too am tired of WM on my phone. Would love to see this happen as well, and I am sure with all of the people on here that have had success with flashing/programming it too will happen.

I'm a "heck yeah!" sort of. I'm going to be dumping my Apache for a Touch Pro soon. So, it might be nice to have Android on the Apache to play with after that. I have no desire at all for Android on my primary device for probably a long time to come.

Google plans on releasing the source code pretty soon. No specific date, just Q4 2008. They say its almost ready, but not quite. Mmmmm, source code....

the T-Mobile G1 was announced today, it's running full android so maybe when this thing launches development will speed up

Wow... I would love to see Android run on my 6700....
