Android would be awesome, but viper appears to have disappeared about four months ago. Doesn't look like this is happening unless someone else takes up the project.

i would love to beta test it aswell for apache 6700 as well as i am sick of windows m and linux still dosent have full support

It usually means rewriting a program that works on one type of device so that it works on another type of device... Example would be porting a game popular on the PS3 to a Xbox...
