After 6.1 upgrade, it will not install CAB files.
 

I just installed 6.1 from the upgrades section. I love it but now its impossible to run CAB files. I downloaded HTC Customizer 1.0v. No matter how I do it the device won't take it. I tried directly from the website off the device and still nothing. Anyone run into this?

I'm wondering if I didn't install something during all the checkboxes I had to choose from. Does HTC Customizer not work with 6.1?

Why did you go to 6.1 anyway? What did you gain that you already didnt have? I am seeing A LOT more threads recently with ppl having issues with 6.1, I mean ALOT more.

It had WM5 on it. Just want to put my own custom ROM on it. I love it. I found out my problem. HTC Customizer needs framework2.0 from Microsoft. Only problem is the device will not accept CAB files. I'm going to reflash the ROM again.

Ive got a real bad *** trouble free, stable and extremely fast, streamlined, tweaked out WM5 for you to try.........PM me if you want something like that or you can keep the buggy WM6, your choice.
