Yeah a tutorial would be helpful for those starting out with wince cab manager. i had it for a while before Sauman showed me how to really tap into it's potential... now it's my most valuable tool!

IRONY! I'm using pretty much the same tutorial I made for you! Just tweaked it a bit for those who need more guidance!

all u have to do is open the file in the ppc oem folder and copy it to ur phone then make short cut and copy to windows/startmenu/programs
