Jarhead with a ppc6700...that automatically screams help
 

Okay I'm a newbie of course, and some, well A LOT of the lingo used, I'm so lost on, its rediculous. By boy put me on to this site, and said it'd help wit my ppc6700, but some stuff I just don't understand. Like I've had this phone for about 4 months, and just got it to work where I can send pictures and shyt 2 weeks ago. I still haven't even gotten my outlook email to work so I just use my sprint pcs or hotmail. I'm looking through the threads and trying to find things that I'd like to apply to my phone, but everything recent "has been done" and its kind of all UPgrades. I know nothin' about making roms, and stuff like that. How can I make this simple? You guys should make a glossary for us jarheards.

Read up on the how to.. but here are a few warnings.
1. THIS WILL WIPE YOUR PHONE CLEAN. So sync your phone with your computer saving your contacts there. If you wish to keep pictures, music or ringers, Copy them to your PC.
2. Dont bring your customized phone into sprint. It doesnt really matter too much but its not a fantasic idea.

After Installing this it may not want to "Boot" (go back into windows mobile) So you might need UNI_ExitBootloader Found here

Run that and your phone will start up again.

If you want hotmail on your phone use windows live. This includes windows messenger and will alert you everytime you get a new message.
