PPCGeeks - caller ID ISsue

Can anyone please tell me if there is a solution to this problem when i;m talking on a call and i get a second call the number shows up so when i click over to answer, it allows me to but on the screen it doesn't show my first oringinal call anymore i dont knoW IF THE PERSON hung up or not plEASE HELP
