Silly MSL Question...

I know this is a dumb question, but is there an MSL that works for everything or is it specific to each ESN?

I believe it is specific to each phone/account but someone from Sprint should be able to tell you exactly. I know it is unique somehow because I knows everyones is different.

Yeah, Sprint is the one that uses specific MSL. They like the feeling of total control over their users. Kinda like Darth Vader...
