Small file size for a ROM
 

I clicked on the link. It said that the file size was about 360KB. Given that ROMs are coming in at 40-60MB, I passed on saving this to my computer.

I suggest more due diligence is in order before moving forward with this link.

I saved it and unzipped it, but it's a 752Kb exe file.
Sorry, I'm not clicking on that without a good explanation of what it's doing. If this is supposed to be a ROM from a technically savvy person/group, they should be able to figure out how to post a large file.

He clearly said he was posting the app instead of using a rom. That's why it's so small.
