Any way to get CreateOS.exe to run in Vista?

Ok, so Vista has what is called .NET Framework 3.0, and CreateOS.exe requires 2.0 to run. Well I can't install 2.0 on Vista because it always said the .NET is already built into the system and won't allow installing 2.0 over it.

Therefore I can't run CreateOS.exe in Vista!

Any ideas please.

Build a Virtual Machine inside of yours and post a com port in the Virtual XP Machine to an activesync running it to the port that activesync actually runs on your machine?
