Use Camera Flash As a Flashlight
 

i was just wondering if it would be possible to create a button on the today screen that just turns on the LED camera Flash! if anyone can do it that would be the coolest thing!! haah!! THANX

Just create a shortcut for "On" and one for "Off", then add the links to your favorite Today launcher. Works like a charm and is great in a pinch for a flashlight.

If you don't want to add anything all you need to do is open the camera and hit the flash button the flash comes on and stays on until you take a picture or turn the flash off. Its not on the today screen but I use it that way all the time, works great.
