Need a little help
 

ok so i started working on my custom rom useing mikes tools and so far so good. onlt problem have is i cant figure out where the defalut.hv and user.hv

if anyone has the 2 files can u post them up or tell me where to get them i cant find. ty

They are in the dump folder. Make sure you are viewing all files.

i have it set to view all. do u have aim? msn yahoo?

Not where I am at now. You might want to double check and make sure that in your settings you have "Show Hidden and System Files" (or something similar) checked. They are in there though

yes it is set. the 2 dump files i got if i try to open them i get a error. and they are set to open with some apple program idk y i run windows. the program is called APPLEWIN so i need a certin program to view them?

If you have the default.hv and user.hv, you will then use the tools in HV Tools folder to convert them to text. Run the appropriate hv_to_txt app to do this.

i no i dont have those files to convert into a txt file.

ok i figured it out. i didnt finish the bat file on the nba to dump that is y i didnt get a dump folder. thanks for the help man.
