Active Sync rollback?

I recently reformated my HD and wiped out everything on my laptop. Without thinking about what I was doing sync'd my PPC 6700 running Helmi's 6.0 to the laptop and wiped out my calendar. Can this be undone?

maybe if you used software like PIMBackup or SPB Backup but once you sync and over write that data from the PC to the PPC you get what is on the PC. Make sense?
