Way to Num Lock?
 

Is there a way to lock the keybaord (not the softkeyboard) into a Num Lock type setting?

Sometimes I have to enter a lot of digits in SMS or MMS and it would be nice to be able to lock the keyboard into a Num lock type deal like regular PC keyboard.

Hit the symbol button twice(the button your hold to add numbers, has a red dot on it). That basically put it into symbol lock or number lock mode. Don't know the official name for that button, sorry for the crappy description.

Thanks. Just saved me a lot of headaches.....can't believe it was so simple. Probably in the phone manual as well... :-)

you can hit the dot and then the caps button to lock it into caps lock mode too

Ya, I knew that one. Just didn't realize that double tapping the red dot would lock it to symbol mode.
