Is there any way to increase the earpiece volume?

Hi all, this may have been posted somewhere else but I have been trying desperately to find something on the site and failing x_x

So, I have the sprint Apache and I recently updated to WM6 and I noticed (Although it was kinda crappy to begin with) that my earpiece volume has been horrible, I can barely hear calls at all!

I have seen some fixes floating about, but first and foremost I don't really know how to do them, and I haven't found any that really apply to this specifically, if anyone can help it would be extremely appreciated.

P.s. How do I find my MSL#?

For your MSL....you can either call Sprint for that or try searching google..etc. for "GetSPC"

With GetSPC you enter the ESN and it generates the MSL.

Thats because there is nothing to find, we all suffer from this issue and yes, it is your device just like it is mine and everyone elses. There is no real 'secret' volume button. Some poeple physically modify their case to allow more sound to come out. Some example would be to take the mirror off the back and add a wire screen to allow the speaker more open access for what seems to be louder volume. Some people open the notch in the front so more sound comes out. But there is no real hack or edit that anyone has been able to come up with to solve this issue.
