Installed threaded messaging, but having issues.
I installed threaded messaging on my wm6 converted xv6700, and while it is AWESOME I used "New Menu for WM5" as my left soft key
Problem is the hack created an SMS button in that spot, and no matter what I do with WM5 new menu it only opens the SMS window Anybody know any ideas on how to fix this? Reinstall new menu maybe? *EDIT* NEVERMIND, THIS DOES NOT SEEMT O BE WORKING FOR MY PHONE, I HAVE SINCE UNINSTALLED IT *EDIT* |
Re: Installed threaded messaging, but it overwrote "new menu" How to fix?
Even though you say you no longer have the issue, this is just FYI. To change your softkeys there are reg edits you can do to resolve that. There is also a tool called Advanced Configuration Tools that will allow you to do that plus a lot more.

Got that part figured out :)
BUt unfortunately I could not gett the threaded messaging to work whatsoever, all I could get was errors, i couldnt get incoming nor make an outgoing message, it would just fail. Back to the normal stuff :) |

That fine....you can always look at it as ...last resort kinda stuff...if you cant find anything else that will work.
