Which of these SaskTel OEM Extrom cabs need to be installed?

Hoping someone can help me with this one.

At the moment, my apache runs like crap. For that matter, it has always run like crap and I'm hoping that by ridding myself of all of the SaskTel OEM Extrom progs. my device will run more like how my old HTC Himalaya did. Here's where I run into trouble. Can somebody help me out and tell me which of the following cabs are essential for my phone to run properly? Or better yet, what each of the cabs files is for?

Here are the ones that I am pretty sure on:

P_LocationSetting_Apac_203700.sa.CAB-enables the locations settings in the phone settings

P_SMStimestamp_Apac_203700.sa.CAB-guessing that this applies a time stamp to SMS messages

PP_EnableTimeSync_Apac_208700.sa.CAB - enables the clock to be synced from the netork. Also shows the settings in the phone/services settings.

PP_ErrCode_Apac_209700.sa.CAB - interprets error codes into user friendly messages

PT_BT_Apache_205200.sa.CAB - looks like a bluetooth patch

P_ButtonLock_Apac_203700.sa.CAB - allows for the button lock settings of locking all buttons except the power button

I am pretty sure on most of these, but I may be wrong. It looks like there isn't much "junkware" there.

Perhaps you could describe why/how you apache runs like "crap". Have you tried tweaking you registry? Perhaps give Wideawake's 2.2 Custom ROM a try and see if that improves things.

there is always a hard reset as a last resort method.
