TCPMP and htc apache wm6

hey team

been playing mp4 video on my apache and generally they run very very smoothly, the only slightly annoying things is that every so often theres an ever so slightly slowed down frame and then it catches up immediately in that same instant. Its to the point where its annoying because i expect to see it now. I was using eright super software to convert some videos to mp4 and used the default settings without changing any audio or video properties.

has anyone else had this problem? seems to do this on any mp4 video i play from. the camera i noticed takes mp4 video but it plays smoothly without the slight delay in the other mp4 videos.

are there optimal settings for encoding video to mp4 or settings in tcpmp to ensure totally smooth playback??

any help or suggestions appreciated

cheers!
