I need the wep passcode so I can share the internet. Laptop finds it but I need code!

What is the SSID of the network it finds? It sounds like you're not actully finding the phone, but rather someone else's wifi.

You need to make an ad-hoc connection first before you can use WMWifiRouter (or that's what I understood by reading this thread)
